Khalsa Way Yoga honors the mothers' intuitive sensitivity to how her body wants to move in pregnancy and motherhood. Fluid flowing movements coordinate with conscious breathing to stretch and strengthen her body and mind. She closes her eyes and connects with her baby and the light within her. She creates space for her baby in her body as the baby delights stretching with mom within. Her relationships to her baby and herself blossom with careful listening.
