Prenatal Belly dance:

Connect with your baby and fellow mom’s with this graceful and empowering dance form.

Each class will include some gentle stretching and strengthening exercises, as well as belly dance movements that help prepare the body for birth and encourage optimal fetal positioning.

About Allison Prater: Allison Prater is a registered Yoga Teacher (200hr RYT) and a certified practitioner in Rachel Brice's 8-elements of Belly Dance program. She is currently completing Doula certification through Childbirth International (CBI). Allison has been belly dancing for 17 years and found the dance to be extremely helpful during her own pregnancy, as well as for birth and postpartum recovery. She loves sharing the joy of movement and dance, especially with fellow mamas.
