When the mother and baby work in harmony the journey of pregnancy, labor & birth becomes more comfortable and safer.

After class is over Erin will be available to answer your questions about working out in your postpartum years.

In this back to basics movement class we will discuss breathwork, proper alignment, precautions, and personal fitness goals as we learn to move in our postpartum bodies. This class is ideal for women who desire to return to their pre-pregnancy exercise routine or begin a new routine but are not yet ready for a traditional yoga or strength training class. Babies and kids are welcome to attend.

The isolations and exercises in this dance form strengthen and tone the muscles in the abdomen, pelvic floor, hips, and legs. They also support a healthy posture and can relieve common aches and pains. Most importantly, this dance form nurtures confidence, body positivity, community and it is a great stress reliever.
